Dear Sirs,
I came to Finland in 2016 to Turk. Unfortunately I don't speak Finnish, so I am writing in English.
A) I live in Puutarhakatu 6C and I would like to ask you about what happened to the parking slots for A area. Most of parking slots for A area has disapeared due to the works. I pay every six months the license to park my car in A area and since August it is very difficult to find a place to park the car.
B) Also I want to express my complaint about the removal of walkways in front of the door of the building where I live - Puutarhakatu 6C, 20100 Turku. I have seen old-aged neighbors with strong dificulties to walk over the stones , sand and mud. This is totally, unacceptable. It is a mess everywhere, When are you planning to place walkways again?

Parking places in Puutarhakatu has been replaced partly in Ursininkatu between Yliopistonkatu and Puutarhakatu. These changes have been done, because of the cycleway constraction site. When the contruction site is done, there will be both cycleway and sidewalk on the other side of the street. Parking places for the ones with the permit will be little less than nowadays. During next year is planned to build the cycleway all the way till Koulukatu. Then parking places for the ones with the permit is going to be more.
Unfortunately during these constractions situations differ and at times there will be only sand instead of concrete. But they are doing their job to get better and safer environment for pedestrians and cyclists.
