Feedback: FÖLI public transport - Buses

Your 801 Parainen to Turku bus, operating 3.6.2017 klo 19:35 had a very aggressive and threatening bus driver. My husband and I have Föli cards loaded with money amounts- NOT monthly or time dependent credits- and he would not accept our Föli cards, demanded cash for our fare, and aggresively stated it was not his problem that he doesn't accept our Föli cards, we need to pay him cash. We previously took the 801 bus from Turku to Parainen, stating clearly that we were going to Parainen and our Föli cards worked fine. There is no further information on your website in regards to Föli cards not being accepted for Parainen to Turku routes, if this is the actual case. Please correct this situation and train your staff to handle customers with respect or your company will continue to lose customers due to their lack of communication. The driver could barely communicate to us in Finnish or English.
